Soba noodle making
I learned soba noodle making 2weeks ago close to my house. As a matter of fact, I had learned soba making several times at another place. I found this time was the best noodle making I ‘ve ever experienced. Mixing how little amount of water is important point. Amount of water changes by season. Then how quick pound soba dough to make it smooth is important too.
I would highly recommend this shop.
