Japan is now hit by a heat wave. Heat stroke  happen everyday around  Japan. Whenever it is such a hot wheather, my family want to have gut of meat  for dinner.
So,I decided to make stir fried pork liver so called rebanira-itame in Japanese.

生レバ フライパンレバー レバ炒め レバニラ炒め

(Ingredients for 4 servings)
250g cutted pork liver
1 pack of bean sprouts
1 pack of chinese chive
5g grated garlic
5g grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
a little potato starch

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil

1 teasp of minced garlic
1 teasp of minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil

①Wash cutted pork livers well, drain the liver well.
②Marinate with soysauce and grated garlic & grated ginger.
leave it to marinate for 20mins.
③Put potato starch over the livers.Fry them with enough oil and minced garlic and minced ginger.
cook til golden brown. then turn over.
④Add bean sprouts and 3cm long cutted chinese chive.
Stir fry them by high heat for 1mins.
⑤At the same time quickly season it with soysauce,mirin,oyster sauce,finally add sesame oil.

Fried pork heart
